|| Field Conditions ||
• Assad forces stormed al-Dahreye neighborhood this morning and carried out a series of raids and arrests. The checkpoint in Sahyan village in Khan Shaikhoon in Idlib attacked a bus on the Aleppo-Hama Motorway. The driver of the bus and three passengers including two women were martyred, and 16 were wounded.
• Assad forces shelled Mashaa’ al-Tayyar today. This led to the destruction of many homes with their residents inside of them. 68 people were martyred, including 13 children and 16 women from a single family (Barghel). Additionally, a family from Homs consisting of a mother, a father and three children was martyred. There are still many martyrs buried in the rubble and some corpses that have not been identified.
• Today, the regime gave police ID cards to security forces at al-Mazareb bridge and at al-A’alaf Roundabout. This is because the monitors have asked for the IDs of soldiers at checkpoints. Security forces and shabiha at all checkpoints also all changed their clothes – they are all wearing blue now.
• Sounds of extremely violent explosions were heard in the city at night. There was also heavy gunfire coming from most checkpoints, but especially in Junoob al-Mal’aab and al-Qusour.
• There intensified security presence at checkpoints in Maa’rdas and Souran. Regime forces stormed alJousan, Amouran and al-Owaina villages and stole people’s cars and agricultural machine, blocked the wells, and burned some motorcycles and cars.
Regime forces booby-trapped and bombed al-Nasreye bridge that lies atop of al-Assi bridge in Khattab. The town is now completely isolated from the east and north. The bridge was first burned a few days ago.
• There was renewed shelling on Shahshabo Mountains at night. Also, heavy gunfire was heard from most checkpoints in Kafrzeita.
